In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, you can return the product you have purchased from our website and that you have not used within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason, using your unconditional return guarantee or exchange it with another product or products. There are no refunds or exchanges for used products, tailor-made or discounted products.

Products that have been specially modified or designed are not returned or exchanged.

In order for the return or exchange process to begin, you must send an e-mail to natureofthethings@gmail.com with the order number.

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges belong to the buyer.

After your return or exchange is approved, the product amount will be credited to the credit card or bank account you use, deducting the shipping fee. The refund date may vary depending on the practices of the bank you work with.

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the order-Contract within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the product without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
